We are a family run business who specialise in children's traditional wooden toys. We pride ourselves on supplying quality products and aim to provide you with a top rate service both on line and at the events we exhibit at. As parents we longed to give our children the gorgeous wooden toys we had played with as children. We wanted toys made from natural resourses, toys that were different, toys that were unique. We searched the country for suppliers of the toys we were looking for.........and Tree Of A Kind was born.
We have come along way since then and have developed our range to not only include wooden toys but also handmade room accesories all aimed at children and have now expanded further by opening our shop at Halfpenny Green Vineyard and Craft Centre. The wooden toys we sell are handcrafted, each toy is an individual piece and both environmentally friendly and safe for your child. All our toys comply with UK safety standards and carry the CE mark.
Our aim is to provide a selection of quality wooden toys from the old fashioned favourites you remember as a child to the new innovative designs. We have tried to choose wooden toys that have educational value. We want our toys to be fun and rewarding for your child and allow them to develop their imagination, dexterity and co-ordination skills through play.

We strive to bring you rewarding and quality toys, by testing them on our own children aged five and six. They attend trade shows with us and we have found that the most popular toys we sell are the ones we drag them kicking and screaming away from! They know what their generation wants and are now part of the buying team in our business and continue to 'work' as first class product testers!
