We aim to dispatch goods within 4 working days of cleared payment unless stated otherwise.  

Personalised room accessories can take up to 3 weeks as these are made to order.

All deliveries will require a signature and are postage via 2nd Class Royal Mail or Courier (2 to 3 day delivery).

If you would like your purchases delivered next day please e-mail for additional costs.

 

Come and Meet Us at Gift Shows around the Country

See the 'come and meet us' page for details of shows we are exhibiting at. If you would like to purchase from us and save postage charges, please e-mail us the goods you would like. We can arrange to take them to one of the shows we are exhibiting at for you to collect.

We will send you a payment e-mail detailing show collection price. Payment can be made on the day by cash, credit/debit card or personal cheque with a valid guarantee card on collection.

If you are unable to collect during the event we will require the additional costs for postage if still wish to proceed with the order.

 

Returns

Purchases from our shop - Please return goods with receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Internet Orders - Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a refund if the goods are not what you expected.   Please e-mail us to advise that goods are being returned within 7 days of receipt and goods must be sent back recorded delivery (For your and our piece of mind).   Seals must not be broken on boxes and goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund.   Unfortunatly we are unable to refund postage costs either way.

Purchases from Gift Shows - Please contact us to advise that goods are being returned within 7 days of purchase.  Goods must be sent back recorded delivery (For your and our piece of mind).   Seals must not be broken on boxes and goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund.   Unfortunatly we are unable to refund postage costs.

 

Damages/Non Receipt

If goods are damaged or not received within 10 days of your order being placed, unless we have advised otherwise,   please call 01384 635195 or e-mail us via our contact page.

We will either replace the item or refund your money.

Damaged goods will only be replaced/refunded once the original item has been received by us.

If a box looks damaged when you sign for it, please write on the Royal Mail/Courier's Paperwork that the packaging was damaged.

If items are lost in the post it can take a number of days for us to make enquiries with our postal service provider before we can refund or replace an item.   We will advise the length of time (dependant upon who delivers the item) this is likely to take.
